Bydee Australia’s remarkable journey of revenue growth began in August 2022 when they joined forces with Growth Huntr. Year to date, their performance in the Australian market has been nothing short of exceptional, boasting a remarkable 114% increase in revenue compared to the same period in the previous year. In this case study, we will delve into the transformative impact of Growth Huntr’s strategies. We’ll achieve this by scrutinising the launch results of two key campaigns: ‘Finders Keepers’ in June 2022, launched without the guidance of Growth Huntr, and ‘Postcards from the Mediterranean’ in October 2022, a campaign where Growth Huntr played a pivotal role.

The Goal

When we began our partnership with Bydee, we faced a tight deadline of just two months to prepare for the launch of the “Postcards from the Mediterranean” collection.

During this short timeframe, our focus was on rigorous platform and audience testing, refining our campaign structure, experimenting with advertisements, and carefully allocating our budget.

Our primary goal was to ensure that every aspect of our marketing campaign was optimised for maximum impact. Recognising the growing popularity of TikTok, we also integrated it into our top-of-funnel strategy to establish a presence on this emerging platform.

The Solution

In summary, the successful launch of Bydee’s collection was the result of a comprehensive approach that involved meticulous testing and planning, a multi-channel strategy, experimentation with ads, strategic budget allocation, integration with TikTok, collaboration with in-house teams, a steadfast commitment to brand values, and vigilant monitoring of performance metrics. These strategies collectively contributed to the growth in new customers and overall revenue, aligning perfectly with Bydee’s primary objectives when engaging Growth Huntr for consultation.

The Results

Through comprehensive testing and strategic planning across all platforms leading up to the launch, coupled with Bydee’s own marketing efforts, the results were truly impressive. The launch of Bydee’s Postcards collection became their most successful venture to date. It achieved a remarkable 105.7% increase in new customer revenue, a 7% boost in average order value, and an outstanding 39.3% reduction in CPMs on the platform.
